Marketplace User Guide

The CollectorCrypt Marketplace allows users to buy, sell, and trade digital collectibles using USDC on the Solana blockchain.

Getting Started​

To use the marketplace, you'll need:

  • A Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare)
  • USDC for purchases
  • SOL for transaction fees

Listing Items​

How to Create a Listing​

  1. Navigate to your collection
  2. Select the item you want to sell
  3. Click "List for Sale"
  4. Set your price in USDC
  5. Confirm the transaction

Your item will be held in escrow until it's sold or you cancel the listing.

Making Offers​

How to Make an Offer​

  1. Browse the marketplace
  2. Find an item you're interested in
  3. Click "Make Offer"
  4. Enter your offer amount in USDC
  5. Confirm the transaction

Your USDC will be held in escrow until the offer is accepted, rejected, or expires.

Buying Items​

How to Purchase​

  1. Browse listed items
  2. Click "Buy Now" on an item
  3. Review the details
  4. Confirm the transaction

The item will be transferred to your wallet, and USDC will be sent to the seller.

Managing Your Activity​

View Your Listings​

  • See all active listings
  • Cancel listings
  • Update prices (if supported)

View Your Offers​

  • Track sent and received offers
  • Accept or reject offers
  • Cancel your offers

Fees​

Transaction fees on the marketplace include:

  • Solana network fees (gas)
  • Platform fees (if applicable)
  • Royalties to original creators (if applicable)

Safety Tips​

  • Always verify the item details before purchasing
  • Check the seller's history when possible
  • Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true
  • Keep your wallet secure and never share your private keys
